About the customer

Timing is a critical factor in the business of used car sales. Lot of variables go into determining the price of a used car - availability of cars, inflation, number of young people starting their professional lives, and so on. An established national dealer of used cars wanted to bring in predictability into this business, and hence got in touch with ORMAE.
