    A civil infrastructure development firm that was engaged by the government to build a concrete road between two major cities, covering a distance of 110 miles. The concrete batching plant had to perform without failure for long periods of time so that the contractor could deliver and meet the promised deadlines.

    • Concrete batching plant’s SCADA records.
    • Production data.
    • Alarm data.
    • Analysis of variables (batching plant parameters).
    • Historical repair and breakdown records (using LSTM auto-encoder model).

    ORMAE’s solution for the road construction contractor succeeded in predicting batching plant failure in advance through early warning signals (3 – 4 days).
