We developed a fleet decarbonization strategy with the help of a stochastic math model wherein various business constraints such as annual limit on carbon emissions, annual demand satisfaction, and x% annual limit on vehicles sold are modelled. Our objective in this strategy is to minimize different operational costs such as fuel, maintenance, insurance and buying costs while adhering to annual reducing carbon emissions targets
